Bazaar

A bazaar in the Caucasus is a traditional market where carpets and agricultural goods are sold, especially pomegranates and persimmons. Carpets represent local weaving heritage and craftsmanship, often passed down through generations. Pomegranates are commonly associated with abundance and prosperity in regional culture, while persimmons are valued as seasonal fruit linked to harvest and rural life. The bazaar functions as both a commercial and social space where trade, food, and craft meet.
